A Waymart attorney already jailed on assault charges is now headed to trial in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas.
42-year-old Michael Joseph Farley has been scheduled for a jury trial on September 8th for felony aggravated assault, after State Police say he drove his Jeep into a shed on Stanton Drive in Clinton Township in June 2023 and attacked his employee, Stephen Chicoski, with a wrench.
