WAYNE COUNTY, Pa. — The ongoing data center debate now finds itself being argued here in Clinton Township as residents fight against a nearly 700-acre, 20-plus-building data center campus.

"Thank you so much for coming, I hope we can do this again, and we can finally get to speak. Thank you,” said Raymond Vogt, a Clinton Township resident.

Wednesday’s planning commission meeting was to decide whether the Pittston-based Linde Corporation's land development application for the data center campus was complete.

The planning commission unanimously decided it was not.
